On the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Declaration of Human Rights, we would like to share a short story of two connected murals which were recently painted on the two banks of Nistru/Dniester River. One stands in Dubasari, and the other in Chisinau to remind us of the values enshrined in the Universal Declaration, and its significance to international human rights.
